Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! For more information please see the delivery page! (Currently EU Customers should shop on the Etsy Store to avoid paying duties twice due to new rules)

How do I return something?

Help! My Pin is...tarnishing/changing colour what do I do?!

It's okay! Don't panic! Sometimes the plating tarnishes but this can be easily fixed by using a soft cloth and silver polish or even white toothpaste (Not too much!) and rubbing it again with a soft cloth. 

My order is damaged or has not arrived what do I do?

Oh no! If your order has arrived damaged or has not arrived at all please email: hello@cosmokii.com & we can assist you further.

Will I receive a customs charge? 

Customs charges are dependant on the order amount but it is possible you may receive a customs charge, all customs charges are the responsibly of the customer.

What are enamel pins?

Enamel pins are an accessory like a badge, they can be worn on collars, bags, jackets, anything you can attach them to! Each pin is handmade so we must allow for slight, minor imperfections.

Will ____ pin ever come back in stock?

Possibly! If there is a pin you were after just email and we'll get back to you, we might have some left overs or it might be a design that is currently being re-ordered!
