Orders placed after the 18th December that are not tracked will still be posted as normal however there may be a delay in receiving you order.
Cosmokii is currently still OPEN and accepting orders. We are taking precautions by packing with disposable gloves. The postage method has minimal contact with people as they are packed and then dropped off. Due to this the current processing time is 3 working days.
Currently, postage in the UK is still going however items will take longer to arrive. International buyers may need to check the status of their local postage service. International packages may take 2- 4 weeks at the moment.
For international buyers where are 2 shipping options, standard post or tracked shipping. Both are sent via Royal Mail.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Items will be dispatched within 3 days of ordering. Orders to the UK usually take 1-2 days from the dispatch date. For international orders please see the delivery page for more information.
How do I return something?
If your order is damaged, you’re not happy with it or you’ve simply changed your mind please email: email@example.com.
Orders can be returned within 30 days of receipt of the order. Items must be returned as new and unworn or used. They must be returned in the original packaging. Customers are responsible to return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged/faulty.

Help! My Pin is...tarnishing/changing colour what do I do?!
It's okay! Don't panic! Sometimes the metal tarnishes but this can be easily fixed by using a soft cloth and silver polish or even white toothpaste (Not too much!) and rubbing it again with a soft cloth.
My order is damaged or has not arrived what do I do?

Will I receive a customs charge?
Customs charges are dependant on the order amount but it is possible you may receive a customs charge, all customs charges are the responsibly of the customer.
What are enamel pins?
Enamel pins are an accessory like a badge, they can be worn on collars, bags, jackets, anything you can attach them to! Each pin is handmade so we must allow for slight, minor imperfections.
